Lead Carpenter/Foreman (Cleanroom)

**This position requires onsite in-the-field client support.
Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable construction and carpentry professional with previous cleanroom construction expertise to support a variety of high-technology clients of ours within the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. This individual will be expected to work as a Project Lead with the ability to assist, maintain communication with clients and technicians, and report daily to the project manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build out spreadsheets or other documentation as needed to keep all parties informed and updated on how the project is progressing.
- Ability to run small and large projects and work with other subcontractors and ensure they are meeting the requirements.
- Ability to work up a method of procedure MOPS, site assessment, communication with project leads and rebid prior to acceptance and implementation.
- Perform all tasks to support carpentry as well as electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other responsibilities.
- Assist with walls, flooring, doors, ceilings, tiles, drywall, and modular rooms.
- Maintain time records, progress logs, and daily reports.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant construction experience.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools that are common with construction.
- ISO/Cleanroom experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Ability to oversee, assist, and work well in teams.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong focus and attention to team safety and communication.
- Read and interpret building diagrams/blueprints.
